Return and exchange 
The Company returns and exchanges goods of proper and 
improper quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights.". 
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the right to 
return or exchange the goods. 
Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the company. 
Procedure for returning goods of proper quality*:

- inform us of the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank 
card number for a refund of the cost of the goods; 
- after receiving and checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the conditions of 
return of goods, we will refund your money to your bank card 
or send another product within 5 business days. 
The following categories of goods of improper quality are not subject to exchange and return:
