Return and exchange 
The Company returns and exchanges goods of proper and 
improper quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". 
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the right to 
return or exchange the goods. 
Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the Company. 
Procedure for returning goods of Proper quality*: 
- call +18143008204 and inform us of your intention to 
return the paid goods; 
- send us the goods by carrier; 
- inform us of the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank 
card number for a refund of the cost of the goods; 
- after receiving and checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the conditions of 
return of goods, we will refund your money to your bank card 
or send another product within 5 business days. 
The following categories of goods of improper quality are not subject to exchange and return: 
indicate a list of goods from your assortment, if any. 
 Procedure for returning goods of improper quality**: 
-call +18143008204 and inform about your intention to 
return the paid goods; 
-inform the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for a refund; 
-after receiving the goods within 14 working days, we will return 
your money to your bank card or send another product. 
All services of carriers or commissions for money transfer are 
at the expense of _Company__. 
*Goods of proper quality are: 
- the goods have not been used and do not have traces of use by the consumer: 
scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.; 
the product is fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved; 
- all labels and factory markings are preserved; 
- the product retains its presentation and consumer properties. 
**A product of inadequate quality should be considered one that does not meet the requirements of regulatory documents or the requirements imposed on it, the information provided by the manufacturer or seller.

We cover delivery costs only if the product was of inadequate quality. If the product is of adequate quality, all costs are borne by the buyer. 
According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may 
refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of adequate quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current 
List of non-food products of adequate quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
